When should I charge the battery?

On most electronic cigarettes the tip will blink several times indicating the battery is low. Most e-cigs come with another battery so you can charge one while using the other. E-cig batteries generally charge quickly, and when finished will (usually) light up green or another color indicating they are fully charged.
